The 6th Annual Paddlers Cup Regatta will take place on April 8th and 9th, 2017 at the Historic Eddon Boat Park in downtown Gig Harbor. Organized by the Gig Harbor Canoe and Kayak Racing Team in cooperation with the Tacoma South Sound Sports Commission and the City of Gig Harbor, this annual community event features paddle racing for kayaks, canoes, SUPs, outriggers and para-canoes, as well as dragon boat races.

Paddlers Cup is the premiere event for Pacific Northwest canoe, kayak, paddleboard and outrigger athletes and enthusiasts of all ages and levels.  Race Information and the Schedule of Events of are available.  Register online here.

Race proceeds benefit the Gig Harbor Canoe and Kayak Racing Team, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community organization committed to introducing children aged 9 to 18 years old to the sports of Olympic Canoe and Kayak Racing. GHCKRT has a history of excellence in the sport of Canoe/Kayak, producing multiple National Champions and world class athletes. The team is proud to have won the USA National Team Championships in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:  We cannot guarantee race shirt size or availability for registrations received after MARCH 26, 2017. We’ll do our best to accommodate late registrants. Late fees will apply to registrations after April 4, 2017.
